      I am a bit disappointed in myself since I did two cheat days in a row this weekend and as a result only lost half a pound. At least I finished the first week of workouts, though, so the sore phase is over. I decided in this blog I am going to list my ongoing completed routine as I progress so I have a running track record to show everyone what I am doing. I am also going to start tacking on interesting finds I stumble upon while doing my research for workout routines I might later incorporate into my own routines…next week (I like procrastinating).


                 The worst part by far this past week definitely had to be the battle ropes. As I had it described as wind sprints for your arms, its true, and I suck at wind sprints. On top of that I could only muster up doing the routine through one wave, which totals it to about 6:30 minutes. Goal this week is to at least attempt to add a second wave to this routine so I can at least get 10 minutes of cardio in the afternoon…and not die…


This is going to be a looooooooooooong process…
